Three areas I work with: loss and life thresholds, difficult past experiences, and experiences that slip past everyday language – I write about these more fully here. Below, a few words about me.
About me
I am a clinical psychologist and a person-centred psychotherapist. I offer online support to adults. My work is grounded in professional training, regular supervision, and the experience gained through my own therapy.
A central element of my work is creating a relationship in which it is possible to stay with one’s own experience without the pressure of judgement or rushed conclusions.
Professional training and standards of practice
- MSc in Clinical Psychology (SWPS University, Warsaw)
- Training in process-oriented psychology
- Currently in the final year of the person-centred counselling course at University of the Highlands and Islands, UK.
- Practice in accordance with the ethical framework of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
- Regular supervision in line with BACP requirements
- Training in Transpersonal Psychology through Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT)
Currently not yet on the BACP register – I will apply for individual membership upon completing my training at UHI.
If you would like to learn more about the assumptions that underpin my work, you will find them outlined in a separate description of my approach.
